What’s New at Everscribe Magazine?

We have restructured Everscribe to better serve our writers and to ensure the longevity of the magazine! Here is a quick log of our recent updates:

• Quarterly Schedule: We are officially transitioning from monthly issues to a quarterly publishing schedule.

• Poetry Exclusive: We are now a poetry-exclusive magazine, meaning we are no longer accepting prose or essays. All poems must now be a maximum of 40 lines.

• Themed Submission Windows: Submissions are no longer accepted on a rolling basis. Moving forward, we will open submissions only during dedicated reading windows, and we will look for poems that match specific quarterly themes.

• No Registration Required: We have completely removed the Scribe ID and registration requirement! You can now submit your work quickly and directly without needing to register first.

• Updated Response Times: Because of our new reading windows, we will now send out decision emails within one month after the submission window officially closes.

• Editor's Choice Retired: We will no longer nominate Editor’s Choice works moving forward. Past Editor’s Choice works can still be viewed in Everscribe’s new Archive.
