I am also an activist. I cover stories on gender-based violence and the like. Writing stories of women who are badass and taking control of the narrative is what I spend time imagining.

My name is Erinfolami Mayowa Toheeb, known as Mayor. I am the current editor-in-chief and co-founder of The League of Young Writers, which I am the initiator. I am a writer, a poet, an activist and a motivational speaker. I am the author of Whispers of Life and Legacy and the co-author of The Shadows of the Unseen Path. The book: The Shadows of the Unseen Path, marked the beginning of the League of Young Writers serving as an avenue for nurturing diverse writing talent across the state.

My name is Ocheni Kazeem Oneshojo. I was born on the 25th of October. I am a poet, playwright, essayist from Nigeria, West Africa. I am from the Northern region Nigeria. I love writing!
I often explore the theme of death, love, pain, agony, peace and social justice. Most of the themes I portrayed in my poems are universal in nature and this tend spread the whole message I want to pass.

Hello! I am Ethan Wang, and I am 20 years old. I am from Pennsylvania, and I am current a University of Virginia student. I am planning on studying marketing with a minor in data science, and I started writing last year for my creative fiction class— this is something I'm new to, so I am glad that people enjoyed my story. It makes me want to continue writing in my free time! Other things that I enjoy are watching movies and making my own short films, photography, music production, exercise, trying new foods, and seeing new places.

I finished high school and university in the United States and then spent the next 20 years of my life teaching high school students in Eastern Europe and in East Asia. I currently live in Minnesota where I work for a non-profit film production company. I love to read, write, and listen to podcasts while taking long jogs.


My name is Simon Collinson and I'm from England. I like writing stories, especially ones that are Gothic. Sometimes I write poetry. I started writing late in life. After successfully being treated for cancer I decided to start writing those stories that were always in my head.

Hello, I'm Tracie Adams, a writer and former educator in rural Virginia. After teaching writing to high schoolers for 20 years, I just retired and started publishing my creative nonfiction , flash fiction, and memoir at the age of 58. I live on a small farm with horses and goats, where we grow the best tomatoes in the county. I'm the mother of four grown kids and Glamma to five grandkids. My two best friends and writing buddies are dachshunds, Hans and Franz.
